These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Univera website, communications, and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Univera may provide interpretation and communication support to help facilitate understanding between parties.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain services may currently be offered free of charge during Univera's development stage.

Univera reserves the right to introduce service fees, memberships, subscriptions, or other pricing structures in the future.

Any applicable fees will be communicated prior to service delivery.

A deposit is required through the website through the "Schedule Appointment" tab to secure the appointment.

8. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments can only be made within (90) calendar days from the date of inquiry.

Users need to provide 24 hours of notice in advance to the appointment to be eligible for a full refund when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

Univera will not process refunds if the cancellation is within the aforementioned time window, except if Univera is at fault for the reason of cancellation.  

Univera reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reschedule services when necessary due to operational limitations or safety concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Univera shall not be liable for:
